    I’m Josephine Davis — a Realtor with a background in engineering, a love for data, and a passion for helping people make smart, confident decisions.

    Before real estate, I dedicated 20 years in Silicon Valley building systems, leading teams, and falling in love with how tech solves real-world problems. Spiders? Terrifying. But strategy, clarity, and big decisions? That’s my comfort zone.
